Norbert Fleischer

Norbert Fleischer is a visual artist primarily working with metal and mixed media. After he finished school he completed training as a metalworker with Mercedes-Benz. He has been living in Kassel, Germany since 1976. Throughout this period he has been a self-taught visual artist, and that continues to be his main profession. His paintings show shamanistic impressions and a turning towards the spiritual. They are Inspired by the dissimilarity of the materials by transforming them into expressive art.
